1、 Product Overview

This equipment is a stainless steel distillation extractor, which integrates distillation, condensation, separation and other functions. It is suitable for distillation, extraction and recovery of plant essential oil, effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine, spices, food and chemical industry materials. It is an ideal equipment in the fields of essential oil extraction, herbal distillation, essence and spice processing. 2、 Equipment composition

1. Distillation kettle (main Tank): a large vertical cylindrical tank with a dome shaped head, and lifting handles on both sides of the tank; There is a uniformly distributed hole at the bottom, which facilitates the uniform entry of the medium; The tank is equipped with a sight glass/level gauge and multiple inlet and outlet ports, with blue handle valves for intuitive and convenient operation.

2. Distillation column and condensation system: A distillation column is erected in the center of the tank top, and the top of the column is connected to the upper and lower horizontal condensers through a tee. The condensation tubes are connected by U-shaped tubes; All pipeline connections use quick release clamp joints, which are sealed reliably and disassembled quickly.

3. Collection and separation device: an independent three legged support structure, consisting of a feeding funnel, a pear shaped separation container (used for oil-water separation and distillate collection), and an outlet valve with a blue handle from top to bottom; Multiple pipelines are connected to the main column, and the valve control is flexible.

4. Feeding and monitoring components: The bottom of the main tank is equipped with a feeding funnel, a sight glass section, and a feeding control valve for easy feeding, observation, and flow control.

3、 Main features

1. Two stage condensation with sufficient recovery: The upper and lower stage condensers, combined with U-shaped connecting pipes, have a long condensation path and good cooling effect, effectively improving the recovery rate of distillate.

2. Oil water separation design: The pear shaped separation container can separate the distillate into oil and water, facilitating the separation and collection of essential oils and other products.

3. Quick installation clamp connection: The main pipeline adopts quick installation clamp joints, which do not require special tools for disassembly and assembly, are easy to clean and maintain, and meet the requirements of sanitary use.

4. High quality stainless steel material: The whole machine is made of polished stainless steel, with a smooth surface, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long service life.

5. Process visualization: The tank and pipeline are equipped with sight glasses/liquid level observation sections, making the distillation process clear and easy to monitor.
